Deira is a Contemporary Folk trio made up of musicians from Asturias and Andalusia. In 2022 they were the winners of The Battle of The Folk Bands in Scotland and since then they have maintained an intense concert activity that has led them to be on the bill of important festivals on the Celtic-Folk scene internationally.
The trio just released Alba, a new album whose presentation took place on February 4 at the Royal Concert Hall de Glasgow durante Celtic Connections, one of the most important Celtic music festivals in the world.
Deira It is composed of Gonzalo Llao on bouzouki, Juan Almaraz on Irish flute and Salvador Daza on violin.
